Hello, I’m Erkut Ergenç.
I learned firsthand why people and organizations can work extremely hard yet still fail to move in the right direction.
Having founded companies, managed teams, and built manufacturing facilities and education systems, I approach leadership not as an abstract concept, but through clarity, conscious decision-making, accountability, and the ability to deliver results.
For nearly 20 years, I have been providing leadership and management training, helping executives, aspiring managers, and entrepreneurs think more clearly, make stronger decisions, and lead people more effectively.
I combine my academic background with real-world business experience and address strategic thinking, decision-making, people management, communication, and change management through a practical and applicable approach.
Today, through Liderlik Okulu, which I founded in 2010, I focus my work on leadership and management in the age of artificial intelligence. In this new era, managers need more than knowledge. They must be able to understand change, use technology consciously, and guide their teams toward a shared purpose.
My goal is not simply to transfer knowledge, but to create lasting development in the way people think, make decisions, and lead.

Yapay zeka, bazı meslekleri dönüştürürken gençler artık “Ne olmalıyım?” sorusuna cevap arıyor.
